I am sure many high sec miners know that some ore is more profitable to sell unrefined as it is on some stations.
Those are station with storyline agents, which often give mission to deliver ore to them, and mission-runners usualy gladly pay for ore, even then miner set price higher then regional normal price.
What miner do not know know yet (as i can see) that there is new ore in dire need.... Hemorphite, this one for lvl5 storyline agents.
Yes, all of them in low sec, yes, this one is risky, you'll probably need blockade runner with scout ahead.
But if you succeed to haul it there, you can set price much higher then regional normal (without actualy droping regional normal prices)
How to find those?
Simply seek out most popular lvl5 agents, then seek nearest storyline agent in lowsec.
One of such agents based on Hasmijaala X - Moon 1 - Poksu Mineral Group Refinery.
I will pay myself a good prices for (minimum) 4k unites of hemorphite if someone unload it there and places sell order on it, and so other l5 agent runners will do.

Interesting speculation. Do you expect enough people will run level5s to make the required volume worth bothering with? Or are these agents going to be asking for a few metric megatons of the crap for a +5?

Depends how much is "enough" for you.
Few harcore mission runners already fly l5 mission.
And as i said, i didnt promise fast profit, but good one.
In time you'll get your profit.
And i am not the seller but actualy buyer.
I run l5s, and care to buy hemorphite right on the correct station, instead of killing time for risky hauling it on my own.
Time is money, and my profit comes for l5s, not mining and/or hauling cargo.
For example, there is 11 jumps to jita.
Usualy it vary from 47 to 50m per 4k unites.
I am care to pay 60m per 4k unites.
Thats not profitable enough for you?
'cause i will do only about 1 SL mission per week, but i am far not only l5 runner there.
4k hemorphite (12k m3 space) for random +5 imp, plus 2-3m as time bonus reward.
