Honestly the amount of trolls (alts or mains doesn't matter) is growing by the minute.

I speak from experience here, those that decline to be helped and can't acknowledge their wrongdoings are NOT helped by being continually bailed out by their family.
There has to come a time that you must answer for your actions. Continually bailing that person/corporation out of trouble only prolongs their pain and furthermore spreads the pain to more people.
There has to come a time when you say STOP and leave the troubled one to finally reap what he sowed. It is hard when it is family but it is usually the only real solution to the problem if the individual has time and time again not been able to fullfill his own words.
