Okay Robeyone, RONA Corporation.

You have provided a detailed position statement and it deserves a detailed response and substantively we are agreement on the essential facts here:

1. Phoenix Alliance has a rogue corporation called CDI.

2. CDI has attacked allies, broken the NAST treaty, led attacks on allied alliances, and after being sanctioned and restricted by PA promises, has again broken parole.

3. In a teamspeak conversation with me, RKK, and the FU and CoD leaders you and Halseth and KIAInkz gave an undertaking that if CDI again broke its parole (in even the smallest manner) either they would be kicked from the PA. Or (and you gave your personal assurance and pledge here) RONA Corporation would itself walk and go independent.

4. CDI has broken those terms on many occasions. I knew one instance yesterday (involving CDI pilots seen by my pilots in Tribute) but since then I have learned that Havorcide (in a seemingly calculated sleight to RKK and JF) was hired by CDI and placed in a CDI ship to come to tribute to taunt those you had given your promise too. Then (as if that wasnÆt enough) it now turns out that the CDI CEO Krullz himself broke the ceasefire terms by travelling in tribute.

This is not a lone incident, itÆs not an accident, itÆs a solid example of a rogue corporation not respect the ceasefire and terms of parole. Their CEO for heavens sake!

5. These infractions were reported to PA and ignored. To the onlooker it truly appears that the Phoenix Alliance doesnÆt care to keep its word.

6. Since CDI (and by proxy PA) are now once again at war with Reikoku (as the previous ceasefire has been voided by your allied action), and since you have pledged to stand with them in or out of the PA, you are in effect backing the corporation who broke the terms against the wounded party.

So, those facts to the side, lets look at some of your other points:

Your absence though regrettable is not the issue here. Halseth Durn and KIAInkz were also party to the ceasefire terms discussion and were fully party to the promise and pledge you made. Now I believe that Halseth Durn was informed of the ceasefire breach and his timely resignation this week was no mere coincidence. In fact I believe the PA knew what was going on and chose to side with its sugar-daddy rich boy corp CDI rather than doing the honourable thing in keeping its word.

NB I donÆt like you placing the word promise in inverted quotes. That is the language of a snake Robeyone and I expect better of you.

With regard to reporting and bureaucratic process; that is all irrelevant frippery and inane misdirection. The breach was reported on the public thread used by Halseth to outline the ceasefire terms and boast that the ôPA house was in orderö. There is no more appropriate place for it. It might have been more convenient for you to read your own forums but so long as Phoenix Alliance uses the public Eve bulletin boards to make press releases you will be held responsible for statements placed in reply there. Any other position is pure wriggling and evasion and it demeans you.

With regard to this conversation between myself and SharkBigDog of CDI, yes, I can confirm I had several such conversations and while Shark and I pledged not to bring the contents of any of them to the public forum, I do maintain the chatlogs and as Shark well understands, I will only refer to parts of them to disprove specific false allegations that might be raised on the basis of that material. I do confess though, I cannot see how those conversations could possibly aid the cause of RONA saying in the PA against its given word and oath (particularly in view of certain sentiments expressed there).

With regard to the involvement of Evolution in alliance with Reikoku on the resumption of hostilities against the PA, here, I am afraid; you are reaching for excuses and dishonourable wriggling to evade the inevitable requirement of the promise you made. It doesn't matter if Reikoku are fighting you in alliance with the Devil and spawns of the nine hells Robeyone, you gave your word.

But Evolution are not the Devil, and alliance with them is not to dwell in Hell. Once they were our friends and allies Robeyone. Just because you have forgotten that does not change the truth of that statement or free you from the responsibilities to past actions.
