Sounds to me like you gave the guy the big dirty sanchez.
I say kill them all and not think about and move on to the next target.No need to really get caught in small details.

Its possible to kill a destroyer within 30seconds in a sieged dread, but not his pod.

I would call him all of the above because no one with a functioning brain would fit a moros like that.

I meen seriously.. it would take you FOREVER to lock a dessie in a moros... further more his pod.. umm WTF... either hes a ****** or your a liar... Though it might be a combo of both.
I understand, that 30 secounds is probaly a generic ecsageration (woah miss spelled that to hell and back) but at the same time you gotta remember in eve combat every secound is a life time, so dont use esitmates.

If you want to know something that I think is overkill, some of my corpies were involved with an op with some bob guys. They told me that they encountered 3 titans guarding a cyno generator. Apparently their fleet had 233 pilots. I assume that they failed to accomplish their objective. To me 3 titans guarding anything is overkill, or did they learn their lesson not to attack that corp again.

I think I know of the noob you are talking about. I was in empire picking up supplies and this noob was talking in local about an incident like you had described. Many of us told him that he was stupid to pick that fight. I guess he learned his lesson.

This is like the first time I ever fought a duel with a friend in a faction ship (a Dramiel) and I was only willing to do it if he was in such a gimped ship that I was 99.9% sure I'd win. Is this the first time you ever dared undock your capital and fight anyone with it?

Actually no, I have taken my capital ship into several pvp ops before (I even lost it once or twice - valued lesson learned......siege mode is a good thing).
