If CCP really wanted to do something about them, they would have. Instead all their doing is blowing smoke up everyone's gas hole about it and doing nothing. MA Cool, what's it like inside CCPs offices? Can you give us some inside info on the devs? Oh, wait... you don't have access to CCP. You cannot say they aren't doing anything, you don't know that. Just because there are plenty of macro farmers left doesn't mean that hundreds (thousands?) haven't been removed. Getting rid of them all is a gargantuan and near impossible task in my opinion, especially with the limited staff they have.

And how do you know they are logged on 23/7? Did you have friends take turns keeping watch on suspected macros, to make sure they are under 23/7 surveillance as much as possible so that if they ever log off, you will know? I for one, think that CCP is doing the best they can to fight macros without risking false positives, which would be unfavorable to them.

I petitioned 4 characters 3 months ago, all with names taken from the same SF book, all created the same day, all spending their time mining. We look into every petition that is submitted to us, but not every miner is a macrominer! If their names are from a sci-fi book, there's a good chance it's a group of friends (or one person with four accounts!) who just plays quietly.
