Well - add it to the existing 2.7B ISK. Occasionally buy a toy ship to play around with (deadspace fitted AFs and stuff like that, so nothing overly expensive, plus they pay themselves off as a rule because I'm a paranoid bastard). Let it sit in general. I have a habit of not wasting ISK on T2 ships/etc. The staple T1 ships which I fly are generally financially worthwhile enough to pay themselves off with a solid profit margin before exploding.
Thinking about paying for the lifetime griefwatch sub for my KB, it's 250M. That's about it.
Also, trying to figure out a way to get jumpclones with my stupid standings, so I can make a small ship clone and a slave big ship clone (which would probably cost me a bil or so).

I think I'd tie it up in assets. Having that much money not working for me would annoy me.
Just don't buy liabilities with it, which is what most people in fact do. Besides, for certain professions, you can only use so much in assets.
