CCP Navigator C C P C C P Alliance 1023	Posted - 2012.03.20 16:07:00 - [1] - Quote Tranquility will undergo an emergency reboot at 15:10 UTC to resolve issues with players being unable to log in, form fleets or use mail. The downtime should last for no longer than 15 minutes and we expect to return to service by 15:25 UTC. We will use this thread to keep you updated with any further information CCP Navigator -Community Manager

Downtime will be 15 minutes. so from your time and 20 minutes just add 15minutes and then you can log back :)
