Progress is certainly being made, already made it to stage 3. Almost home, hang in there!
Active tanking will be new black, start maxing out those engineering skills :D
Edit: As long as turret tracking and missile stats are tweaked to make pure speed tanks work reasonably well I have no problems with speed dropping across the board.
