The reality of EVE is that everyone types stuff like this at one time or another, and most of the time it isn't serious - we type stuff ingame in channels that we'd never try to post on the EVE forums.

People who say it like it is have my vote. Not that I vote for CSM's cuz its a crock anyway.
Elected officials are immediately scrutinized from their childhood for any inkling if wrongdoing. God forbid we're flawed and shit happens.

This is what people get for electing RPers to a supposedly serious council, and putting them in a chairman position? ROFL.
Emo, angst ridden, egomaniacal and not a particularly good representation of the player base.
You voted on e-fame and propaganda and this is what you get. The eve community deserves it, maybe if there is another round of elections they will be more careful next time (though I doubt it).
Props to the guys on the council for backing up the nano nerf though, best thing to potentially happen for ages.  |

Ok I'll spell it out for you slowly. You said you didn't want some twofaced politician... I said this was twofaced because it wasn't said in public, or for that matter to the people being referred to. That's the definition of two faced. You say one thing to one person, the other to another to pander to your audience.
You're acting as if that's something admirable. I call it being a wuss. I don't think there's any other way to really look at it. Hilariously enough this is the first time I've seen someone refer to empire wardeccing as "true pvp".

I find these chat logs two parts amusing and two parts pathetic. Although they all sound like 14 year old's crying I'm sure that some if not all of them hold down jobs where they would be fired out the door if they speak like that to their colleagues.
They would do well to realize that although this is a game, they have in fact took on the job of representing two hundred thousand people's opinions on what for many is one of their main pastimes.
If they feel unable to treat it in an adult manner then they should step down.
What bothers me is that CCP has to put up with this. To them this is a microcosm of the eve population as a whole which doesn't bode well for their opinion of us.
Seriously folks, I'm sure your decent people, start acting like it.
