You can't gank crap with a caracal unless you have lots of them. Meaning the loot split is less.
CONCORD change does sound intresting...but I assume the frigs will still insta lock and ECM you. Just seems to be a lag reducing tactic.
Onceagain the carebears win. How many times have I had to say that now? Too many.
CCP should be paying me, the amount of isk farmers ive killed. I guess CCP just don't want people to find slightly creative ways of making money. L4 no risk missions, or 0.0 ratting. Or some uber fun trading.

Just to make a point, I'd like to know how many suicide gankers have lost loot when hauling it to trade hubs? I'm willing to bet zero. If we can do it, why can't you?
This change will stop profitability for suicide gankers, it WONT stop goons from popping miners and empty haulers for laughs. All you need is enough people in caracals to do that, and goons aren't short on numbers are they? And takes around a day or two to get a character to that stage.
Actually, I might just start doing that. If all the suicide gankers did that aswell as the goons, I'm sure some epic whine thread would emerge.
The Privateer nerf saw the rise of suicide ganking (yes it's been around for years, but only got very popular after priv nerf) perhaps the suicide ganking nerf will see the rise of plain old suicide griefing

Think about it. A carebear screws up and fires on the wrong target. CONCORDakken ensues. Carebear limps home to base in his pod and finds that no insurance is paid out on his ship. Carebear realises that in EvE, your mistakes cost you. Carebear will either accept it and be more careful of what he's shooting at, or come here to whine on the forums.
Either way, looks like a win-win situation for the carebear-haters.
You're an idiot. This is in now way a hit on carebears, a carebear mis firing happens how often? Yes, that really compensates for being vunerable to suicide attacks.
