This is not true. Currently EVE Online on Serenity functions just like EVE Online on Tranquility. The market is mainly player-driven, although we do use some NPC buy orders to bootstrap the market in some areas, much like we did on Tranquility back in the day. Other than that production, resource gathering and distribution work along the same principles as on Tranquility.
Regarding a possible server merge, this will not happen as having a separate server for China is part of the rules and regulations we must follow in order to be able to operate in the Chinese market. Even if we could do it, it would not reduce any load on the server as the hardware for Serenity is not owned and operated by CCP but by CDC Games, our publisher in China.
we manage to get a dev responce about this BS but none of you have the balls to pipe up on the major topics atm???

Yes, you get a dev response about this matter because this particular dev is responsible for it. Serenity is part of my responsibilities so I tend to respond to topics about it when I see them. Just like I wouldn't want someone from Game Design to give an inaccurate response about our China operation, I respect that they don't want me making inaccurate statements about game design.
So you, as a dev are unarwae of any "mission" statement @ CPP. Nothing you could copy and paste?
Your not aware of any theme for development or any path which you -as part of the dev team- is heading in. And your saying Game Design team aint the fastest forum poasters in da west no more..

It is a bit shity that 1 Dev (Excuse the presumption: but form a relativly small team) finds the time to comment. But No1 from game design can commant on the uproar on the nerf bat swings or in one of the topics regarding plans for the future/game design mission statements......Guess they dont have a "plan" a mission statement plasterd all over their office and are answering outcry from the public 1 nerf at a time......World of Spaceships here we come...

And I hope you realy did get tha World of Warcraft pun - or at the very least hope you dont operate heavy machinery.

How is anything you are talking about related to the China server, which is the subject of this thread?
