If you try to rule Eve like most dynasties do IRL then you will be destroyed by those who are true to Amarr.

thanks for the advice captain porter, as i say im going to be activley promoting this idea, as i said before i think this is a unique oppourtunity to make a differance in eve.

if your interested in joining us pings then first thing you need to do is follow this simple character creation, as this give you the best start in the amarr race with excellent attributes as well as 2 skills away from fitted a destryoer with t2 gear which at this moment in time me and my ping comrade are at this point, so here goes.
select amarr race as your selected race, than khanid either male / female at this moment we only have 2 females.
on your attribule screen select 3 intelligance and 2 memory once your character is created it will give you a good base to work from,
5 charisma
8 intelligance
8 memory
12 willpower
and 12 perception
after that puick zealot, then the military path then finally soldier.
once you have done this convo me Chungchow ping or ChungLao ping for more information.

I can assure you that it is working we now have 7 pings , like i said before it's all about planning, if you just interested in flaming people who have ideas. Then please go else where and do this and let people like myself make a difference in eve.

the so called limited gene pool is now to 8 pings if there are more people out there interested in joining this new dynasty then please create your "ping" character and join the corp in penirgman IX - Moon 3 Ministry or internal order assembley plant. under the hq of ping dynasty
