yea, hence the 'RR' in the setup 
Was messin around in eft and built one for fun and I was stoned so I built one in game.
Tried dropping a RR for more PG but still not enuf for torps.

Shield tank it and use torpedoes..

drop the rep for a plate, more resists or another bcu. should give you enough pg for torps. your in a RR gang afterall
also get rid of that cap recharger, you have boosters. painter or tackle or another sensor booster etc.
dont forget to space out your highs XXxXXxXX for best overheating.
also, trimark rigs please
