If you want pure T2 fit then you would get a bit better results with Golem as CNR is pretty tight fittings wise. However if you are willing to consider some cheaper faction fittings then
7x cruise ii 1x auto targeter I XL booster, 3x CN hardeners (rat specofoc), heavy injector, afterburner 4x cn bcu 1x signal amp II
would serve you well most likely. It's mainly limited cpu wise so if you drop one bcu for cpu it might all fit even with just T2.

Problem fitting a CNR is CPU. One way to get it to fit is to use a Domination/Republic Fleet XL Shield booster which is the same HP/s and Cap/s as an XL T2 booster but take 60 cpu less. Does nto cost that much either, is below 80 mill.
Fitting:
High: 7x Cruise Missile II (8th hi-slot what you can fit)
Med: Republic/Dom XL Shield Booster 4xHardeners Shield Boost Amp II
Low: 2x BCU 3x PDU II
( or 3x BCU and 2xPDU II depending on what you like).
If you get at least one Caldari/DG BCU you have cpu to fit a Heavy NOS in the 8th high slot.
A little more faction pimping is to replace the T2 Cruise Missiles with CN/DG Cruise Missile Launchers. Does not cost that much.

7x T2 launchers & whatever for highs XL (T2 or cheap faction) booster, T2 amp, 4 (named, T2, or cheap faction) hardeners 3 T2 bcu, 2 T2 pdu 3 ccc
Like it was stated above, cpu can be tight. If you want to avoid faction mods a good way to save cpu imo is to use T1 named hardeners. You are not losing much resistance and save a lot of cpu & cap/sec (which means you can run the booster more making up for some of the damage lost to lower resists).
