Hello
 WTT for a PVP toon of same SP but with no wasted skills (like no industry skills and flies one race of ship not every race of ship) Good Gunnery or missile skills (race specific ect) and good tanking or shield skills.
I was wanting to mine put it's just too boring Plus I am in the Warhammer beta so I don't have as much time. Looking to start pirating so sec status doesn't matter.
 Full set of +4 implants except charisma (+3 implant)
Skillz Linkage
HULK Pilot comes with Hulk 98.4M (jita)
In PVP this toon can fly Caldari Assault Ships well. Harpy and hawk
He also flies Caldari HACÆs (Cerberus and Eagle)
Can fly Caldari interceptors (Crow and Raptor) Comes with a Crow
He can also fly: Kitsune, Buzzard and Manticore
Electronic attack
Cov Ops
Stealth bombers.
 9 days from logistics ( Basilisk )
4 Days from Force Recons ( Falcon )
Plug in Cynosural Field Theory and he is a cyno toon
Caldari Mission Runner flying a Raven can handle any Lvl 4 mission. Has MANY good LvL 4 agents all in safe space in a mostly quiet areas of space (busy day only about 50 in local). All missions are 99% Kill missions.
Current Raven set-up I have been using is:
6 Arb Cruise
1 Drone link
1 Tractor
2 Pith type C small shield boosters
3 hardeners (mission specific)
1 Dread Boost Amp
4 Ballistic Control II
1 Dmg Cont
3 CCC's
7 T2 Med Drones (mission specific)
This raven cost me 200 mil to build and can handle any mission and is cap sustainable. If you want this raven add 200m. ItÆs also insured.
Can have jump clones in and Space lane patrol station (9.89 standing)
Has 2 jump clones now in Sasoutikh
He currently has
4046 LP for Home gaurd
4081 LP for Peace and order
And some more for CN and Space lane Patrol among others

Cov ops IV is 25% done (2d)
If you traine all the + trained skills heÆd push 13m SP
good solid toon good learning

i have a 9.5 mill sp char
pure minnie
decent gunnery
sabre pilot very good for his sp pure pvp no indy etc...
1.8 in learning
i know he is 2.5 mill sp under yours but i could through in a redeemer worth 550mill base price
