Charge a couple more $ for you subs to pay for those expensive 25-30mil supercomputer servers that can handle fleet warfare insted of the domestic blades you got just now. Its getting to become a laughing joke now. 40milutes just to update a module?

It's not a software issue it's a player quantity issue, so give CCP $5 extra a month so they can afford to forcibly cancel some people's subs.

jenny jojo's idea actually will decrease lag, as more people (mostly U.S. due to economy) will quit because they can't afford/don't want to pay the new price. Then the people who are left will have less people to lag up the systems! (Too bad I'll be one of the ones quiting in that case)

I think the rather steep price-change that came about with the abolishing of 90D GTCs is quiet enough thank you very much. With that change I'm already considering if it is really worth keeping two accounts going anymore, whether I shouldn't really just cut it down to one.
So no, I think CCP is doing just fine with getting more money out of GTC users as it is.
If they actually make more money over time to offset lost accounts as a result of this change only time will tell.

If system lags for 10 people, then does that mean there is no point doing anything so it does not lag for 11? Or for 12? After all, more will come right?

going from 10->11 is not as hard(/expensive/time consuming) as going from 20->21
