Without meaning to be picky, the number is actually 100 +(5 * Engineering Lvl), as the MAPC adds 10 to the base grid of the ship, as a previous poster mentioned. Thus with Engineering 5 an MAPC would give (10 * 1.25) = 12.5 PG, so an RCU will only give more than that when you have > 125 PG. The setup described previously with two MAPCs and two RCUs gives 151 PG at lvl 5 Engineering on a Mammoth.
For the Badger II, there's not that much for it. I personally always use the same setups for haulers.
Mids: 1x Small Shield Booster, 1x 1mn MWD, 1x 10mn AB, 1-2x Small Cap Battery Lows: 4x Cargo Expanders (Cargo) or 4x Nanofibers (Speed)
Substitute named or Tech II parts to get a little more of everything, switch Nanofibers for Overdrives if you only need ~2000-3000m^3 cargo for the speed bonus. There's usually enough PG for a turret as well. It's not tremendously fast, but then it is a hauler, which are slow for a reason. Don't forget the <Race> Industrial skill also gives a speed/cargo bonus. Saying that, if you're gonna train an Indy to lvl 4, make it Minmatar, and lvl 5, go with Gallente. Though I might be half-caldari by blood, the Caldari haulers are just plain rubbish (not including the infamous "BattleBadger" ). The Bestower might be yellow, but she's the next best hippo after the IV and Mammoth.

dual mwd dont work anymore so are pointless, you could always fit some rcu II's they might push you over the edge to fit a 10mn mwd
