The prior agreement was broken when you got greedy and took a second moon without informing us. Friends don't bogart from friends. A pos in LEM is still a POS. The message was to remove ALL pos's. That means LEM. When you are no longer mining our moons in our region we will no longer have a reason to shoot you.

Keep in mind I am simply making sure that there is no illusion about Goons and folks like Darius JOHNSON. and you hit the nail on the head with this little gem: "I am not saying any entity should single handedly be able to keep anyone and everyone out" and this is what Goons love to do to make themselves feel good. It makes the game miserable for about half of eve that tryt to maintain space and if they find a quality moon or good constellation and once they start to grow or if the **** off a high Goon then they get removed. It is the personal bullying and the need to feel big that makes me speak out, not the fact that I am in the 5th allaince in a row that Goons forced out of 0.0 while claiming they had nothing to do with it.

Actually there are IRC towers in Kalevala, whether or not they are claiming sov is something else entirely. Where they are anchored is the issue. Fly out there and debunk it for yourself if you like but we've already seen them in person since you know, it's in our space.

You know what is funny? If IRC had been above the board with the 2nd dyspro moon they would still be sitting on the one in LEM and we would be BFF. Instead they were greedy and broke an agreement that favored them. Then, they were given 48 hours, which turned in to 4 days, to take all, 2-3, the towers they had up in OUR region. They didn't. So now we are where we are. Call this bullying, but this situation was entirely and reasonably avoidable on IRCs part.

EDIT: With the exception of LEM. That is ours by agreement, and handed over to us by goons. Anyone with the time who wants to investigate further into the sov records will see that we had sov in QZX before goons transfered LEM to us.

Now, since QZX was never part of the agreement, I took the tower down. Bummer for us for not making sure it was part of the original agreement.

And the "second" moon you are talking about was in QZX. The reason that was put there, over 6 weeks ago, BEFORE WNM even fell (I should know, I put it there) was because IRC certainly weren't going to let RK or someone else drop one there while GOONs were too busy to bother with that area. At this stage it was not even clear you all were even interested in WNM. XDeath couldn't give us an answer he just said take WNM from Smash. Even your own diplos wouldn't get back to us as to what the hell was going on with Kalevela.

You know, that area and station that took IRC 2 weeks to get you to come and pick up your station because you couldn't be troubled to get back to anyone?

No one was slapping you in your face, it looks like to me that when you told them to take the one down in QZX, they did. The one thing you can't say about IRC is they don't stick to their bargains. They always did exactly what they said they would.

This is more of a, ones nice(QBZ), two is better (LEM) thing. Which is all you should have said in the first place. Do the GOONs really need a reason to do something?

I might be two weeks removed from IRC membership but I know everything about how all of this went down to the day. I have my POS notes still left over.
