Invitations for CSM VII have been sent out moments ago. I would like to thank everyone that applied for this cycle. There were more outstanding applications than there were seats available, so random chance (literally luck of a die) determined who was going to be invited after the initial screening process.
The first session of this cycle begins at 1400 GMT on Tuesday, 8 June and will be an introduction for the delegates, for the most part. If time permits, I hope to get at least one round of questions in.
I'm looking forward to the start of the next cycle and meeting the new representatives of EVE's citizens.

Would it be possible, that you keep the introduction VERY short? All are waiting for answered questions and not an introduction! It¦s simple a waste of time.

How about they do introductions on a forum thread, and save the chat for actual questions? Then they can write a book about themselves and not waste time.

Yes, why not put a sticky in General where the delegates can post about themselves. Sort of a Government center.
I too love to know favorite color, shoe size, blood type, etc...

Ditto...cant imagine why else they might not want me there.
im sure the selection potrays a wide spread of the playerbase and not just a load of fanboys.

My favorite colour is ultra violet, my primary toothbrush is orange and white, and my backup toothbrush (at my clone station for when i next get podded) is blue and white.

Well, do -you- like to wander around after being reanimated without brushing your teeth? I know I don't. All that nasty reanimation tank suspension fluid.. -meh.- Leaves a film.

The color of my toothbrush is whatever the missus buys and leaves for me to use.
Shameless I know but she would give the same answer if you asked her what processor is in her machine, what color is our hammer, and what size nails I happen to have in the utility closet for fixing things around the house.
(2.5ghz P4, Grey Metal with a red polyeurthene grip, and mostly 10 penny nails since I seem to like all the pounding that goes with sinking them)
