Has anyone been able to get this working? I just keep getting a turning icon.
The link to contact customer support is quite unhelpful in recommending a particular type of petition to file. There is no category for Fanfest or Live stream TV and, I fear, filing a petition under anything but 'stuck' will not be looked at until after fanfest.

Ooooookay.... unless my temporal mechanics ability is truly fubar'd, 10:30GMT (the start time advertised) has come and gone. Was there an updated start time posted somewhere that I missed?

LOL - ok - I missed that. I was going by the time shown on the account management page. Thought all was on schedule when the link for the HD stuff actually activated at 10:30 GMT.
Woohoo! now I have a bit more time to let the anticipation eat away at me!

Yes, have the HD audio now. At first I thought the high-end static was part of the music - but GAH! it isn't!

CCP - one thing your directors need to learn is when the speaker is referring to a slide that is showing on the screen - SHOW THE SLIDE!!!
Crimewatch - he flipped through a bunch of slides that were not shown. :-(

HD stream has been steady for me since the start. (except for the moment they rebooted it)

Audio on the 2000kbit HD stream is now in sync for the presentation (crimewatch, at least) and the interviews between. The interviews were the worst imho at the beginning. The static is gone during the live stuff - the adverts had a bit of it again. I have my volume set for no more than 50%.
