I explain it once more: lets say there is a super neut for frigs ingame that can cap out bs in one cycle (cycle time 24 sec). you are in a bs, I am in a frig, i come close to you and push my allmight IWIN F1 button against you. wow u lost, you cant tank, use guns, mwd away or use a point. funny isnt it, now I tell you to fit your ship with other mods to not be hit by my allmighty IWIN button making your ship actually useless for everything else.
oh wait, actually you dont get owned by this, a bs even COULD counterfit against heavy neuting fits without getting useless. how could a bs counterfit against it? a bs has much more fitting possibilites than a frigate, with much more everything and that is what you pay for. you dont put extra isk to be IWIN against frigs but to have more possibilites. and actually BS dont need a cap injector for a single neut activation to wtfbbq a frig, they just fit it to counter other bs heavy neuts. beside neuts you also have smartbombs, webs and drones against frigs.
telling people to use special ships for tackling is also dumb, you are just the average lazy guy that wants to have it easy with its BS RR blob and you know, there are people using T1 frigs too, not just interceptors with range bonus on disruptors.
think twice before you post crap. all your arguments are false, without any background and facts. but the time will come, where CCP will swing his nerfbat again, then lazy guys like you will have to fly with support. 
I just only see average trollz that fear loosing their IWIN button against frigs here because then they would have to use more than just one button.

Ever heard of small cap injectors? They're the counter to neuts on frigates. yes it MIGHT shut off your warp scram or MWD for 2 seconds, but that's hardly enough time for that BS to warp or for you to slow down...
