Jove Ships; how they should be added to Tranquility

Manxome NOXX	Posted - 2008.08.19 14:09:00 - [31] It's clear that the Jove are superior in technology. And that, given the choice, most people would like to become Jove and fly Jove ships. But I don't think that would ever be possible as the balancing issues would be very problematic. Not to mention a whole new set of skills to train. Then perhaps the answer is not to play as Jove. But to make the Jove a force to be reckoned with. That is to say that they should become NPCs. Imagine traversing the region parallel to Jove space becoming infested with Jove ships. Or they could take over a new region. Or open up the existing region. Or make them present in certain missions. I think people at the smallest level just want to see the Jove ships, and to be able to test their metal in combat with a Jovian BS. NOXx

They need 80 days for lvl 1 and need all technology of all other races: example: Jove Frigate need lvl5 of Caldari/Amarr/Gallente/Minmatar - Frigate/-Cruiser/-BS/-BC/-Destroyer/-CS/Recon/.....
