Yeh so we're planning an Op next week but fancy having a corp meeting on vent an hour or so before.
My thinking is - every gets like a tenner's worth of booze, and we play drinking games on vent.
Only thing is - what games? Obviously you can only hear the other ppl so your average pub drinking games wont work
Inspire me!!! (and watch out for 10 drunken a$sholes in a system near you next week!!)

Maybe as well as vent you should conference it on stickam for added visuals.

Back in college, I used to play "Drinking Vanguards" with a friend when we played Planetside. We'd get in a Vanguard (tank) and drive around. Every time we got blown up, we'd do a shot, get another tank, and head back out.
Obviously this devolved very quickly after the first few tanks.
Edit: Stupid landmines. :(

Go on a ROAMING op.. not just 5 jumps away but a trip arround eve so like 60 jump round trip...
Then... You force everyone to drink when you jump trough a gate and announce in local what he is drinking.
Best drinking game I ever.

Grab you choice of booze and go roam or gate camp. Find someone to pew pew, kill them who ever get the final blow drinks. Pods count twice.

If any of the following words are spoken/typed you drink: Fail, noob, mothership, hot drop, drake.
With how low sec usually turns out, that should get you good and drunk rather fast. And god forbid you fight a 10x hot dropping noob drake gang.

2) log onto vent
3) say hey guys im going out
4) go to a public house/bar/club/food place
5) enjoy with RL friends, or if lacking, attempt to make new RL friends
seriously drinking games on vent? sure drinking, but to try and organise a game on a chat program when your actually sitting alone on your computer is not a good game tbh
take the wife/kids out, go out have a beer with friends!

I have been playing a pretty fun drinking game to keep me occupied through fleet ops over the past few days. Keep in mind that the FC must not know what you are doing or what the rules are...
1) Prepare a few shots of choice
2) Every time the FC asks for comms silence take a shot
3) Once the Shot is down yell "DRINK!" down vent at the top of your voice... this usually results in the FC reitterating the plea for comms silence.
4) Repeat steps 1 to 3 until you fall asleep at hostile POS and lose ship

And make sure someone does fraps on any pvp and someone else records vent for dubbing....

link drinking to any of the following during your op:
Kills - different drinks/amounts of drink for better/worse kills. Problem with this is if you dont get any kills. Also first person to lose their ship has to down the lot.
Local smack - different drinks/amounts of drink whenever specific local smack is aimed at you.
amusing happenings - someone scrams the gate, they take a shot, somone scrams their own player, theytake 2 shoots, find an officer spawn in a belt in hostile station system - everyone downs their drinks etc.
Combine these and more to get drunk faster.

my job used to be to get people drunk and make sure they have fun on a backpacker cruise/dive boat. the game is called ship... i suppose its prolly the only one you 'could' play online without actually seein gthe other person :P gimme and invite and ill join you guys :P

i was not calling anyone a nerd, i was making a suggestion, simply saying go out and have fun, and not that its provable but i was only checking the forums prior to going out myself and was not logged on :P
