Polaroid Warriors agents report that the fountain assault lead by Seleene's - The Requiem have to come a halt. Pandemic Legion forces have overwhelmed The Requiem; and have cornered them into the last remaining bastion of Requiem strength PNQY-Y. In a last ditch effort to regain momentum on their assault on fountain, Seleene requested assistance from old friends KIA and Daisho Syndicate.
Agents from both The Requiem and Daisho Syndicate have confirmed that allied forces from geminate have agreed to reinforce the old "tortugan" allies in exchange for high end moons to compensate their time, travel, and efforts.
This now raises the stakes in the battle for fountain, as both blocks now have enough strength to equal each other. Previously Pandemic Legion's allies Sons of Tangra and Elitist Cowards have been more than a match for The Requiem, Un-nat, CAS, and ATF. However KIA and Daisho might be able to level the playing fields this time. More importantly can this be the resurrection of "Tortuga v 2.0?"

RQM are a self-styled 'elite' PvP alliance, with about 600 members. So are PL. In recent fountain engagements, the RQM side (along with UNNAT and many others) has had more caps and battleships than PL. In hardware terms, they should win.
But they keep losing. They lack decent, active FC's it seems.
So now they're relying on the blob instead? Classy.
Kick them to the kerb, PL.
