In CCPÆs attempt to catch isk sellers they are watching our wallets verry close.
So when I received isk from someone who is an isk seller they assume I played for it.
Truth be tolled they pay rent to rat where the do and I skim of that to make isk before forwarding the rest to the alliance they pay.
As far as I am aware this dint even come close to a violation of the EULA
But they took my Titan and ban Dinorryox the titan pilot .
This post will be my last I hope you all have a good run in game as I did but after this my heart isnÆt in it to all the players out there GF and good luck. To CCP thanks for gutting me .

I've seen this happen to 3 or 4 people now, and it has always gotten resolved.
If you have other reasons to quit, feel free to do so, but if it's just this, then put the emo down and send a petition.

CCP , talk to the man. Its NOT the players job to be vigilant as to the moral calibre of people who rent space.
If you want the truth, Goonfleet, BOB, PL, Any one of the northern big powers, and it seems Daisho , rent out space from time to time to anonymous little corps to do whatever the heck anonymous little corps do. Namely ratting and mining and shit like that.
Unfortunately, the larger corps will always be prey to macrominers trying to undermine their trust. Ask Darius, Ask Molle, they'll all regale you with stories of macrominers trying to sneak in and whatever.
The point I'm making, is that if you punish an alliance, because one of their renters turn out to be dud, then in fairness you have to punish ALL of the Alliances.
And that isn't going to work. I mean hello? KOS? FTZ? ISS? Big blue?
This isn't right and it isnt moral.

Now, maybe I am nanve for doing this. But I'll take the OP for his word.
In doing so, I'm making an assumption of course. But in this case I think it's a legitimate one.
Having ISK-sellers and macros and all that is a problem in EVE, and obviously there's pressure on CCP to solve it.
But there seems to be a discrepancy here, because in this case it sounds as if CCP is banning Ketch without clear evidence that he knowingly received "illegal ISK". They removed the ISK and the purchased items based on the paper-trail.
The discrepancy here is how they treat other scenarios where circumstantial "evidence" like this is ignored.
Macro-haulers, macro-miners, macro-ratters, market-bots, ISK-spam, etc. - everyone has seen low-sec and how it's crowded with AAahjebbrj and his friends. It seems so weird to me.
So is an innocent person getting hurt from what a guilty party has done here, all while CCP is turning a blind eye to other situations, legitimate situations?
Don't seem right to me.

I know discussing rules on forums is not apporate but their has to be higher ground to appeal to in your case.
The question would be can they prove you purchased isk and have they proved it ?
If not this opens up for many people in game to "lose their accounts" or wallets even if you happen to be the one who received isk
i wish you the best and hopefuly you will be able to resolve this
