First I feel I must disclose that I am a member of the Bar IRL. but I have no intention of giving legal advice in this post.

You should seriously consider amending your topic. I do not know Mittani personally but I have read he is also an attorney. As such his reputation out of game is probably important to him (as with all people) but he can do something to protect it.

Had you written those words about me I would take all steps to make your life a living hell (IRL) in the name of restoring my reputation. This is a slippery slope you are walking.
