This is going to bring much flaming and perhaps more than that. Is this the truth? I know not. It is up to all of you players to think about it. I'll start by going straight to the point - Curse Alliance. All players in EVE who have been around for some time have heard about the CA. A powerful alliance in southern EVE universe - probably the most powerful one in EVE. They are able to fight against several enemies and still come out on top. However, for a long time now i have been hearing rumours which troubles alot of people including myself. And with this post i intend to find out just how far those rumours go. There are always some truths to rumours. For a long time many people have complained or spoken of "wierd things" and "strange coincidences" when referring to Curse Alliance. Mostly, these things were centered at fights and battles. Strange lag, wierd screen shaking, claims which were petitioned and unanswered by CCP who wouldnt even look into the matter, and so on. But one of them had to do with some game DEV's from CCP being part of the CA. As a EVE player when i first heard of CA it wasn't long after that i heard of these rumours. I never quite knew what to make of these rumours, and didn't really believe them until i finally decided to go into an alliance... Recently the alliance i've joined has found itself at war with CA. By now you know which alliance i am part of. Well, many of us knew that it would be really tough to fight CA, but we all welcomed it as we thought it would be fun, no matter the outcome. In the begginning, we had some issues which hurt us bad. Our initial losses were clearly our fault. But after awhile these "rumours" and "coincidences" began to flown in like a river. I myself began to witness them. But before going any further lets start from the begginning. 1. STATIONS Noticing the EVE map, there are certain 0.0 regions which have fixed and unconquerable stations. No doubt any group of people who got offices, factories, etc first in those stations formed up what are now the great alliances. Obviously being 0.0 space with all the rare ores, those stations are limited. Or are they? When comparing the stations in the Curse region to all the other 0.0 regions with stations, Curse has MORE THAN DOUBLE the stations! How "convenient" eh? Also, there are a bunch of "new regions" which are not accessible yet. And guess to whom they are closest to? Yes... CA!! I wonder to where the connections will go.... 2. RESOURCES This is something i really would like to hear more info on. One of such "rumours" had to do with the resources shift with the evolution in the EVE game. On many occasions i heard once great 0.0 regions rich in ore had turned to crap ore with the several patches, but somehow the area around Curse was kept rich. This meant that now CA had an advantage on resources in relation to others. How convenient for the CA, no? I wouldn't have believed it HAD I NOT GONE THERE AND CHECKED FOR MYSELF. While the areas claimed by CA are rich in ore, our other neighboring alliance had its deep space regions reduced to space dust in relation to minerals!! Mind you, i am not talking about my alliance as our territory is rich as well, but we have one BIG disadvantage of no fixed stations. We can be completely anihalated, while CA will always be there in Curse... 3. COMBAT RELATED ISSUES/FLIGHT ISSUES Now, something more touchy. More rumours indicated that when fighting the CA "strange things" would happen that would normally favour CA fighters. Also that they used exploits, and when petitioned CCP would always have a negative response to those petitions, mostly just ignoring them. This was especially evident in cases where an absolute victory was almost insured by the opposing forces to the CA. From wierd camera shakes to strange laggy phenomenon, always resulting in victory for CA. And i am NOT referring to those lag fests which are fleet battles. I am talking about 4 on 4 or 5 on 5. Once again, i have experience first hand some of these phenomenon, and heard about numerous others. How do you explain having 1 bs locked down by several ships with warp scramblers, your are ganking the ship, then AN ENTIRE GANG SUFFERS SOME FREAK LAG and the target gets away. Worst, some of you find urselfs in armor/hull damage or even lose your ships??!!! This has happened on several occasions! Once again, convenient for CA, yes? Another thing is the fact that CA use several exploits to gain advantage on their enemies. Scanning intervals to find ppl at their safespots and using the logon tactic to trap enemy teams and win. ----------------------------------------------

There is actually much more than what he copied and pasted. Then today this same guy says WE whine to the GM's. So, Quick Strike what is it? Are we the GM's, are we crying to them, or are we ganking you so hard that you have nothing but desperation? Then you say we make new players quit Eve because we kill them? Last time I looked we werent camping Ammold or Chaven ganking noobs. But, perhaps you are right, maybe we ARE ganking noobs. One must wonder where that is. Anyway I bet you cant respond. Either been banned (much over due) or been gagged by (if any) reasonable director of your corp. Still got respect for Xetic as a whole, but its this stuff that makes you look foolish, or desperate, or both. We (CA) are a reasonable bunch, how about you shelve some of the previous arrogance and have a reasonable leader contact me or another War Council member so we can talk turkey.
