You jsut spent months and months doing noting but mining so you used up all the ore in close to your stations. Stain does have crappy ore btw.

However I'd like to point out severe issues (although CCP doesn't give a ** about what i'm writing): -in some minor battles lag is terrible (like freeze for 30 seconds, yes it happens). This is completly destroying gameplay. What is shocking is that sometimes you can get major battles without any lag, but for minor fights you get the freeze of the death. I'm sorry but it sucks. -what was called the "log in exploit" is not an exploit anymore*. This has a direct consequence of gang leaders refusing to engage the enemy when they suspect a risk of people logging in during the battle... Once again, it sucks because it is ruining gameplay. And if gameplay sucks, no more fun = people finding another game to play. Galaga (Galaxian - XIF corp) And yes, Olyyy is on our KOS list so she enjoys stirring the "flames"* ( 2004.05.25 )

Last word I heard was it was still considered an exploit and if the GM's could see it in the logs the players using it would be punished, has that changed? I'd have to check exactly when that was (goes to check old threads to be sure, but i think it was Aug/Sept'03). shrugs anyho, back to topic, that XIF inspired thread that started this here really was paranoic nonsense which is something I think everyone can agree on. It's intersting to see how often groups who are loosing to another group call exploit/dev cheating when something happens. some don't, but most do, hell I've seen CA do it before I joined CA chuckles. It's weird that despite the auditing and safety precautions against DEV/GM cheating CCP have put into place that people will still allude to the enemy using dev magic powers or exploits. shrugs However, I have to say that my personal favourite from the thread was jiggly screens resulting in CA forces winning every engagement. EDIT: I think the log on exploit they are alluding to is people logged off in another system (usually the next one) who log on after bait ships lure in the enemy to an engagement and then jump into the system where the fight is.
