Star faction is a fw corp that operates in the black rise region and fights against the caldari. There is only one problem. SF isnt in FW!!!!!!!!
Actually SF are a big bunch of exploiters. They take part in fw without even having the guts to join a side. They just attack you in lo sec.
Please recognize them as exploiters and make a stand against SF. Reply to this if you agree. |

First it's Star Fraction not "Faction". The name is based on a well-known sci fi book of the same title. Worth a read.
Second, they are not exploiting. The roleplay angle of SF is against *all* territorial empires -- they are a radical, anarchist group, and this has been a well known RP angle of theirs for almost 5 years now. They do not want to pick a side in FW, they want to be at war with all of the militias, but the game doesn't give them a way to do that right now, stupidly.
Third, anyone can shoot at you in low sec if they are willing to take the sec hit. Shoot back or not, depending on what you want to do. Pirates can, and will, shoot at you as well in Black Rise. Pirates can also wardec FW corps (and have done so). If SF wants to do the same, clearly this is allowed by the game. If you are involved in an empire war with someone, another corp can still dec you -- that's how it works. FW is like one big empire war, so of course the participants can be decced by other corps like SF or others.
CCP needs to introduce a mechanic that allows a faction (or factions) to be decced -- that would be the best mechanic I think. But right now, SF is doing the best it can do to match its ideological hatred of territorial empires, on the one hand, with the cramped game mechanics of CCP around FW. Not doing anything wrong at all, to be honest. |

SF are not really doing anything wrong other than some slightly lame tacktic's on the back end of FW. (this is all a matter of opinion).
Frankly however the wardece mechanic needs changing, if you dec from a corp to a corp that should be fine, however if you dece from a alliance to a corp the malita should be dec'ed automatically.
for all the role play guff i do wonder if they would be doing this if they got forced to dec the whole militia noobs and all.

In lieu of alliances being allowed to fight alongside the militia I'd be more than happy to be able to war dec the entire Amarr militia.
Ushra'Khan decced the top five Amarr militia corps and invited any and all members of the Amarr militia to war dec us and we would make it mutual (i.e. nobody has to keep paying war fees).
With the mechanics CCP has given us that was the best offer we could make but there were no takers.
FW needs to be improved greatly. I'm certainly not leaving my alliance to play capture the flag.

No no you got it all wrong. Nerf the Bad guys and Nerf the good guys ever so slightly less and then discover you have in fact boosted the Bad guys whilst nerfing the Good guys so much they become the bad guys and suddenly everyone has to swap membership cards of the good guy and bad guy clubs. After that it just get confusing.

What you are describing has nothing to do with exploiting, it is called piracy.
If true, then it is a shame that a proud entity like SF should fall to such a low level. Surely a splinter corporation to join a militia is preferable (like Kinda'Shuuja of Ushra'Khan). |

I think the problem is that SF have pilots with upwards of 3 or 4 years PvP experience, access to excellent ships and will happily throw 1 mill SP recruits into the middle of a battle for a trial by fire introduction to the harsh side of EVE. They are simply very good at what they do. |

As a fellow role player, I support Star Frictions actions to abuse an obvious flawed game mechanic. I support their whines to get alliances to join militias. I support their lameduck CEO and chair of the CSM... Jade ****stintine... she knows what's best for Jade Online.  |

Unfortunatly, (and i am not saying this is the law, but it is certainly what i have seen), is that star fraction are not engaging THAT* much in low sec, they more often than not dec'ing corps they out number 5 to 1 and then chasing them around empire whilst avoiding the main Faction fleets.
having said that, this is only what i have seen in empire, this is not looking at killboards or reviewing the figures, more the mill of chat than data.
