In no particular order my favorites are (not including EVE):
Legend Of Mir (online RPG)
Mario Kart (GC)
Command & Conquer Generals + Zero Hour
Final Fantasy VII (amazing game, completed 10+ times easy)
GTA: Vice City
Team Fortress Classic
Bomberman (classic versions)
Vietcong (Multiplayer only)
Cannon Fodder 1/2(Amiga)
The Settlers (Amiga)
Super Skidmarks (Amiga)
Theme Park
Halo
+ tons more but these are the ones that kept my interest for more than a week

Fallout 2 & tactics (never really like the time limit in Fallout 1)
Diablo 1 & 2 (I want number 1 again )
Battlefield 1942: Desert Combat(me and my brother like playing it on lan)
I also play GTA: VC sometimes

Hmmm, where to begin?
Civilization 1, 2, and 3
Sim City 1, 2, and 3. I never got into 4. Not enough time to waste any more.
Most of the Final Fantasy series, althought the last few have been duds and I just cancelled my FFXI account. VI (III in the US) was the absolute best.
BF1942 is my other online game besides Eve.
EDIT: I forgot Alpha Centari and it's expansion pack. I keep hoping for an Alpha Centari II since I really liked the first one.
