But...but... it was all green... green stuff all around me... and gremlins sabotaging my ships
Two more boring things:
1) waiting to get to the gate leading to the second part of the highsec lvl4 mission that is 73kms away... in a Raven (just finished one of those actualy);
2) having to wait 30 seconds session change timer every time you change a ship just to pick up fitted modules;

The most Boring thing is eve is By far, POS warfare. its gotten so bad that just to lock down a system to shoot a pos you need to get it locked down with 300 of your friends 4 or 5 hours in advance.
And then sit and do nothing. At all. For those 5 hours.
Then, if you are lucky enough to get a fight its over either really fast or, if the hostiles are willing to jump into you or engage the 300 man fleet at all with their own 300 man fleet.
Its a matter of waiting a hour or so just to load the grid. If you manage to load it at all.
<< is going to go enjoy myself in reasonable quick roaming ops where you at least have to pay attention to what system you are in =>

Waiting for ur pettions to come back with "there is no lagg" whislt all around u scream about it.
Listening to GMs who cant handle when they loose a ship and act like they have no respect for the genral comunity who have worked there arses of getting there own ships.
The time spent wondering if there will be sector of this game not touched by lagg/numbers, or just simply waiting for moduels to do the stuff u tell em.
Watching people not scoupe corpses whilst cloaked.
Watching others mine.

Those fights where you get like 5-10 minutes of module delay. Huge fights would be soooo much fun if it wasn't for the god damn lag. Instead now they're one of the most boring things you can do in EVE. It's right up there along with doing missions in high-sec and flying a freighter.
I hope they will fix it in some sort of foreseeable future :(

Waiting for CCP to do something they've stated they plan to do that would benefit you (your choice: nano-nerf, 0.0 changes, wardec changes, etc.) but they haven't given a timetable.
Listening to that one guy in your corp (there's always one) who is so bored of EVE he doesn't actually play but insists on logging in and spamming you with how great some new game he got for his Wii is, or some beta he's in, or how EVE was great in the days when a bunch of his friends (who had the sense to quit the game when they were done with it) still played.

Oh go on, no-one's done the obvious yet, so in the spirit of forums trolls everywhere I will: logging into EVE, docking up, and then spending time on the forums complaining 
In the spirit of actually replying, I'd say hauling hundreds of jumps has to easily be the most boring activity I've ever done. You can't even AFK it, if you've got any sense.

Edit: also if I remember correctly there was a guy that reached Jove space on the EVE universe map by continuously warping in that direction in another system nearby for a month or so :)
