I probably shouldn't post this. It is after all pretty silly but I can't help but feel it would be entertaining.
At down time each day, the last 10 'nerfs' have a random chance of being in effect OR not.
There should be no way of knowing what will, or won't be working as 'expected' other than undocking and seeing what happens.
The entire thing can be blamed on the effect the new super weapon has on the quantum foam in the cluster.

I still think turning off concord and security ratings for one day a month would be awesome. We got SOOOOOO close with the last expansion..... and then the devs snatched it away.
Maybe one of these days. I can almost taste it!

Meh one day a month. One day a quater. One day a year. Give warning before hand and on the log in screen the day of. If people can't read they deserve to die (in game).
