we will never forget that Band of Brothers is the one and only alliance ingame that got supported by CCP Developers more than one time and we never forget that the guys that revelated that got banned by CCP

That sort of smack reminds me quite at the ASCN-BoB times. ASCN accused BoB of using unfair advantages also and BoB and their laughted them down and smacked them very hard.

A bit later it was discovered that BoB had massive help of at least one developer from CCP, he was leading their capital fleet stuff and gave them t2 blueprints and every insight into game mechanics other people can only dream about.

So ... if I were BoB I wouldn't surely be that loud-mouthed and bragging. Not with their proven history of cheating and dev help.

Edit:
I am not saying that BoB is still recieving dev help or that they are cheating their way around. I just say that they should tone down their flames especially in the light of their past.

T20 did lead your captial fleet and gave you more T2 blueprints then those that were taken back among other things and you know it. Kugs was the only reason that came to pass you guys would have never fessed up or done anything about it otherwise.

So you are saying that there was never any dev help for bob? Intense and very discussions about game mechanics between bob players and developers? (maybe not in the intend to abuse it but to make eve a better game, still the result is the same)

So you are saying that there was no cheating involved and massive interference from ccp in favour of bob? t20? Never happened? All my imagination? Uhm...


I give CCP the benefit of the doubt and assume (until someone proves me otherwise) that they got the dev cheating rooted out for quite a while now and that they are doing okay with their IA guy.

Also I will give BoB the benefits of doubt that they are not using special powers to achieve their goals and that they just worked out through trial and error and experiment how to use lag in their favour, how to avoid it best as possible and so on.

But, the bobbits should not play innocent and say that cheating never happened and everything was only the imagination of sour losers, maybe some official ccp statements should remind them then on their own history then.

The funny thing about the op is though, that I didn't hear any complains about lag when bob got slaughtered at those cyno jammers when MAX started. There were hundreds of BS losses by the bobbits, many due to lag. Didn't hear the op crying out about foul play there though. This dimishes the seriousness of the post a 'little' bit.
