I've read more entertaining phone books.
Can someone who has bothered reading them list anything important or interesting below.

CCP is selling controlling interest of its stock to Blizzard. That's the biggest change. Read the blog yourself if you don't believe me.

Ummm. Its a list of things they fixed. Other than the little leap of joy on seeing one of your pet peeve bugs squashed they are not ment for entertainment. Methinks op just doesn't like to read for himself.

Jump cloning to a clone in the same station in which you are currently docked will now be possible due an improvement in the Jump Clone mechanism. The new change means that implants will no longer be destroyed.
this is my favourite addition, now you can jump to clones with specific hardwirings all in the same station for each ship type you want to fly.

Heh, the patch notes are really quite tl;dr.
Which is awesome because it means they fixed a lot of stuff.

Well for me the highlight was:
A number of buttons in the New Player Experience have been changed from "OK" to "Next".
If this change goes through I'm gonna ragequit.

Actually its not dull at all! In difference from many books I have read, there is content in every line in this patch-note, and as such it deserve to win prizes!

concord spawns reduced, beefed up powers. nuet to zero cap instantly etc.
exploits of neutrals repping warring factions, alliances, corps now makes neutrals decidedly less happy as faction police spawn and revoke their neutral standings for them lols
interface fixes

A LOT has been patched in this one. I like seeing CCP releasing relatively large patches like this devoted to fixing bugs. It really shows that bug reports are being addressed. I prefer patches like this rather than CCP allowing buggy content to remain in game and focusing only on new additions. |

usually i'm with the sarcastic party when it comes to CCPs inflated headlines.
this patch may not contain any flashy new ships or balance changes, but i spot a few improvements. their sum might have this patch turn out to be one of the best we ever had - if (and that's a big if, considering CCPs euphemisms) they're all/mostly in. there were too many patches with faulty notes, i.e. some noted stuff never made it into the patch. then there were the incidents where repairs went MIA with the next patch, probably due to working with an older build since.
the market auto-refresh turned off will probably relieve jita of 50% db strain.
but yeah... it's mostly an empire patch
and i spotted a UI/display fix i bug-reported 2.5 years ago \o/ |

Actually,My favourite is..:
Modules:
Hovering the mouse over a module, whether in list or detail mode, will now show the correct change in powergrid and cpu in the fitting window.
Now I will be able to Accurately see what a module will do..... |
