After the picture swap my character does not have any clothes anymore; is this normal?

You have to pay extra for clothes
LOL sorry, no idea BUT I do know some people would kill for getting avatars without clothes.

Did you try and change sexes? Your not supposed to have differing sexes on the portrate swap.

swap only same sex or use different if
you want to loose your clothes and your
hair

After doing some research, I found out what your problem is: You should not have loaded the uranium shells into your guns without wearing a protective suit. The radioactive contamination made you loose all your hair. I still don't have an explanation for why you don't wear clothes though.

You should not at all be able to even select a char with a wrong sex then your current one. So you better report it, and get a free change to a male char, and ask them to make sure the system checks for right sex.

The picture swap is in account management on this website and it is an added feature; appearantly relatively new.
And yes TC I have been hiding here as I do not dare to come out in the sunlight without clothes
