me and brother both gets this msg every time we try to log on eve, it started right after the new patch today and we have tryed to find the patch solo but with no luck and cant find the patch in eve foulder anyhow.
how do we delete a specfic patch without rest of eve getting deleted too ?
or is there a place where we can dl the patch on its own, then manualy install it ?

Seems this is part of the downtime. As of 1710ish servers are not open yet.

Well its 19:42 here and still saying incompatible version while servers should be online
i also manually downloaded and installed patch,. no effect

There just patching the server, happens from time to time.

They are probley trying to fix a bug or they forgot to post the update files

They announced the downtime would be from 11:00 to 17:00 evetime, but meanwhile it's 18:42 evetime and still it's not online. I guess that something didn't go exactly as planned during the server patching. We'll just have to be patient.

Just a nuisance when the downtime gets extended and still after it's supposed to be up you can't connect. We are paying these guys to play, they should take note.

surely the only sane answer as game lovers is to go on a abbreviated spree and profane how lame it is the time set out as being ready was not met on the very millisecond proscribed , then proceeding to cry eternally how our lives are scarred.
or maybe il sit here patiently reading a book with some tea in the pot

Ah so it's not just me then, I have the same Message, downloaded full instal and the same.
I'll be patient, but for obvious reasons, I demand a time extension on the time that I have lost, since the evening is the only time I can play EVE, I feel it's the least that CCP can do. It's especially worse when you have TWO accounts, or more.

Can't see new patch, only the old 56866 (latest) which isn't now they've updated. 6xxxx should be there soon with any luck.

you do pay for the time to play.. you also pay for the essential maintenance.. id rather lose an hour to get the patch/bugs fixed then spend the rest of the week broken

Its happening the same to me..
Incompatible Version
I checkd EVE Patches and the 61xxxx is not available yet.. although the server is running that I know of..
Im using xp premium contents.
I restarted eve, and still havent patched auto, neither when I try to log in ..
Where can we download the patch???

i think when the patch is up and running the eve client should auto detect and patch your pc when you try to log in.. atleast thats my experience from previous games

two accounts 19:52 gmt time still no action.....it did come up as online then back to incompatable, meaning still sitting waiting and wasting money. Still what else can we do?

Whine I suppose.. In the meantime, why doesn't the eve client recognise my PC is capable of handling the premium version.. damn

same problem here. And it didnt really patched at all. it took 2 secs to patch, version is now 5.10.58188, but its still "incompatible". its buggy patch im sure now. downloaded it here. using XP professional

I agree as well, just be little patient. But it's true that some subscription money is being wasted.

go to the main sight and click eve patches.. it will tel you your system version plus the latest

I've checked now on 2 different machines, and no update for the patch, through the EVE client or manually through eve-online.com. Wish we knew what was going on.
