The station-owning corp of the alliance that holds the station must have specific corp to corp/alliance standings to allow docking and use of other station services. Not all stations are open to all blues, true. These stations were either paid for in ISK or blood or both, and the station owner decides who can dock. If there's no real reason for you to be in that station, you probably can't dock there. If you think you do have a reason to be there, contact the station owner. Simple as that. -----------------------------------------
