However different alliances/corps own stations and sov, and then they decide whether they want you in or out or allow access. To be honest the rental agreement PL has means nothing because they cannot or will not enforce this upon their counterparts. Thus creating alot of problems, which no one really care about as long as your paying them. Just becuase PL let you in you will find SOT a totally different entity
