Hello,
I am looking to rent a system in 0.0 for a couple of guys
running several accounts to either mine / rat.
We have been both in various corps / alliances (red / blue) in
the last 5 years but looking to sit back and relax and mine /rat
when we have some free time.
Requirements
 7 Belts or more with "exclusive access"
low traffic / none highway system
Refining station in proximity
Ability to errect a pos / labs etc etc but no refinery
Corporation to be set blue to entire alliance
I would be happy to pay 200+ million per month and more if the following condition is meet.
Dead end system

Putting aside that goons banter, that is a super lowball offer for a system per month. 1 Pilot can make what... 20-40m an hour mining? Lets assume you put 5 guys to work there, say... 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. Lets also say you pull in on the lowscale, 20m an hour, ratting or mining, it doesnt matter.
So right there you are bringing in 2b a week, if my math isnt wrong (it could be... I never claimed to be decent at math). So 8 billion a month, and you are offering 200m? Most people pay a fee per member of their corp/alliance per month, as far as I have seen. Since yours is small, that could be a decent deal if you can find someone to offer it, but ya... Raise that offer up to 1-2b a month if you think its worth it. Obviously, this depends on the location as well, all space is not created equal :)

I wouldn't even -scam- rent you a system for that price per month, and I certainly don't think anyone is going to legitimately rent you a system at that price, not a good safe system anyway.

If you would be a 5 year vet you would most likely know whom to speak to and where to ask first.
But yeah 200m is way low. And as far as I know CVA is running on NRDS so you could get the ratting part for free there (not sure about the mining one).

Mining is free in Providence, but there are a number of issues you'd need to be aware of and take action on before you can really get the most out of it.
We're at the really really low end of the market :)

Systems with your requirements usualy go around 500M to 2B a month. Depending on the truesec, ore/ice in belts and the amount of mineable moons in the system.
Pretty much, for the money you are willing to offer, CVA wouldnt even rent you a lowsec system.

I was after a price not a troll.
It's also funny how anyone who mines or rats if automatically a isk-farmer ..
Please don't judge everyone by your standards and I say in good faith "proof or stfu"
Maybe you would like to wager a 500 million bet to be held by a third party "chribba"
for example and then we can really take the "isk farmer slander" away from just a forum troll to

Y'know, CVA could accomidate most of this for free to be honest. The two issues that flag my attention are "exclusivisity" and "errecting POS." The latter is not insurmountable (but that's not my department...and to be honest, that's likely where some sort of quid pro quo would come into play) but the former? Our whole deal in Providence is about keeping space open...I can't think of a single system where anybody has exclusive mining rights, npcing rights...whatever.
In the end, though, I'll readily concede Provi is pretty much bottom-of-the-barrel in terms of moons, ore, and npcs. "You get what you pay for" and all that 
Feel free to contact me, I can get you plugged in with the right folks to talk to about POS placement...and if you're willing to back off on the exclusivisity requirement, I'm sure we could get you hooked up in a system where traffic is minimal anyway and you would have all but exclusive access in practice if not in writing or whatever.

I would be happy to drop the exclusive part as long as its a quiet, dead end
system .... as for the rats / ores I'm not bothered as long as the place is quiet
tbh.
One eye on the study books another on the computers if you know what I mean.
As for my reasons .........
For the next six months I will be busy doing RL stuff and want to
mine / rat when I have some free time etc etc without feeling like I am
using a corp / alliance for personal gain without putting the time in
for all the other duties eg defence, logisitcs etc etc
