Other than the 'Add Note' feature (that no one is replying to) and the 'Contact' link (that has no contact info for the eve store) how can I reach the staff of the eve store to ask why my order has not been shipped after 5 days?

I sent my inquiry to [email protected] and actually got a response. I think they had a tad more orders for ship models than they were expecting and it's causing delays ^^ ---- There is no sig. |

Truly sad the EVE store staff is still as unresponsive as ever. They really should turn all the merchandising all over to WhiteWolf.
The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the ho's and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!' and I'll look down, and whisper 'no.' |

Wish i remembered the long waiting times for stuff to be shipped so i didnt pay for high priorty postage.

My orders been awaiting shipping since start of week.Mailed them via the evestore email address and got reply within minutes that the order had been processed and sent to the warehouse for shipping...which was fairly obvious seeing as the status is shipping pending.
Not great as i had also paid priority postage too. |

Using the contact information listed in the Eve-Store, I manage to get up with someone both via email and phone, with satisfactory results. That representative said that a large volume of orders had postponed the orders for a few days.
