there is a Concord Assembly faction, which consists of DED, Inner Circle, Concord and Secure Commerce Commission
pirate factions often request that you do missions against Concord Assembly faction, you loose standings eventually
my question is, will regular concord police attack me in every hi sec system if my standings drop very low.
i currently have -0.75 with Concord assembly, my sec status is 2.7

Your faction standing with Concord has no effect on them attacking you in highsec space; the trigger for that - your security rating - is actually your *corp* standing with the Concord corporation. To the best of my knowledge, you can't damage that corp standing/security rating, by running missions against them.
Concord will hate you, but that won't give them legal grounds for opening up on you when you go to Jita. ;) ________________________________________________

No, not every system. Standard response from CONCORD is based on sec status only .. but I would think if you end up -5.00 or lower to the faction then they will chase you about CONCORD Assembly sovereign space [Sanctum constellation in Genesis - where Yulai is] ... But that presumes they have a 'Faction Navy' ... Diplomacy is keeping such from happening to me tbh so can't say for sure :) -------

Good point. I don't know of this happens either, but it's worth mentioning that even if it does, those Concord Assembly faction ships (should they exist) will just be regular NPCs, not UberConcordOwnage.
I think you know that, but the OP might not infer it from your post. :) ________________________________________________
