The newbs you are referring to are actually the new experts and those that don't log in are the "noobs" at game mechanics, but probably are less noobish when it comes to knowing the ins and outs of what BoB used to be. They again are less informed of what BoB has become and what the current issues are and which things work and don't work in the new EVE.

So, I agree with you that we should respect each other and each others roles. On the other hand, I want to stress that calling the newer leaders "newbs" will only work against anything are trying to accomplish here if I read your post right.

So I propose that the oldies school us at what the idea behind BoB is, what our identity is and what we should take into account when executing current strategy. On the other hand, the newer leaders can give feed back on the feasibility of radical ideas.

Already in your short time in bob you have shown that you can hold yourself up as a dedicated respectful member, true to bob and everything bob stands for and for that you have my respect and I am happy to listen to anything you have to say and thoroughly enjoy your posts. I gave other idiots in here a lot more time and patience than they have deserved because they WERE new directors. Waagaa, you are the future of bob, along with the other directors in beside you who have took up the baton of incredibly hard work and understand what it is to be in BoB. Not these little idiot newbs with big ego's talking shit all the time. I know what it takes to be there, I'm not afraid to say that I don't have the strength to continue that baton but **** me, I sure as hell have the wisdom of what we have done to pass on some experience. It's up to you guys whether you take it on or ignore it but don't disrespect it publically because it only makes you look like an idiot.

If I can give you one piece of advice it's this, don't stand by and let them act like ******s to other brothers. Don't stand up for them. Tell them that they look like ****s and you'll keep the traditions of BoB for a long time yet.
