I love my blasters and i don't care what happens to weber's i'll keep using them , and if im lucky im the last pvp'er in eve using them ^^. If the victim fly away from me he has 0 transversal and if he flies in one direction ill fly the same direction. Or even worse , its to difficult so i cal a friend in a mega and we double penetrate the victim so hard. And since all fly amarr and are tanked for em and thermal kinetic will hit harder - maybe
what ever happens new content will make the old content stronger.
I see it that way , make webs suck and all fit med-long range stuff compared to that your blasters have an awesome tracing in close range combat.

Go and train your little amarr skills - believe that gallente is dead, sell your ships modules and blue print cheap, i'll be buying them , i'll use them against you and when amarr stuff explodes the market prices well see how can sustain pvp longer, the 15m isk loss worth mega or the 100m isk loss worth amarr scrap. ^^ fly safe

Even now, on TQ, I replace the webber with ECCM, and quite often the disruptor with a sensor booster...
