PC-9 is empty these days, Huzzah moved down to S-U pocket I think, and mostly frolick around there.
Other than that there are no powerblocks there anymore. Just small gangs ganking eachother everywhere and people passing through.

I believe huzzah&friends is the only powerbloc in (southern) syndicate nowadays. And persuing their killboard, I guess the russians are the main hostiles for them.

PC9 pocket is virtually empty, some Huzzah live there, but nothing substantial.
Y9G has got Tygris living there although I don't see many of them.
S-U, 2G, 98Q is Huzzah and SWAT while Warmongers and their isk farmers live in ZV- and U4 running missions day in and day out occasionally coming out in falcon/drake blobs.

D. I've got an alt that lives there to adjust market orders and such, and it seems only ex-yanks really live there, which isn't that strange considering. Some of them are in tygris, though I must say the standings situation must be pretty strange since the rest are spread through various corps. Must be easier politically for Tygris to live elsewhere.

sekret notr alt has infiltrated our new alliance's holding corp and will rob the coffers and "alliance hangars" blind at predetermined signal from Tyrax, new lord of Syndicate.
We definitely need to do something to make up the billions of ISK we spent our corp's money on, buying and replacing all those caps we handed out to ppl in our alliance, that we let keep and didn't even ask for them to return, when we dissolved the alliance and parted ways. Apparently that wasn't enough, we were supposed to continue using our corps income each month to continue to hand out free dreads to ex-alliance corps who went all emo and set us Red (after evacuating back to empire and never returning). Sorry guys we'll up our corp tax to 100% and make everyone go rat and mine or something, maybe we setup a payment plan and get you those dreads on layaway for you? We can't live with the stigma of robbing from our alliance :( Especially me, i'm the diplomat/recruiter/lead forum smack-talker for our corp, and the first point of contact for the rest of eve to get in touch with notr, Rajere's rep cannot be tarnished by this incident (HINT: Read my bio)

Oh Rajere I miss your FCing and the emorage everytime a fight was lost.
1. Our alliance can't hold one system (y9g) let's dissolve and fold into OSS. Whom you ridiculed on a continunous basis before joining.
2. Our alliance (oss) can't hold one constellation let's dissolve and fold into wherever you are now.
I respect NOTR in small scale PVP, but you leave something to be desired outside of that arena.
Oh and I'm not a Sicarri alt, but those guys were pretty cool.

my FCing? lol, ok now i know you're just trolling and I also gotta a pretty good idea who your main is. I never was FC while we were Notoriety cus we always had atleast 2 more people who were better FCs available to do it, and b: I was always having to deal with alliance/corp issues and other misc bs. Half the time I didn't even have the time to go out with gangs much less lead them. I got stuck as the the guy who had to pretend I was alliance executor to hide the fact that we didn't actually have one, didn't know where ours went, if he was coming back, and that we didn't have anyone else who wanted the job.
btw you forgot the real #1 and need to reorder your list: 1. Our alliance (oss) can't hold one constellation let's go start our own alliance.
but why don't you go "tackle" 4 moms with an interceptor or something.
