The claimant in this situation is yet to have any input in the situation, Most likely he/she/it is not suicidal and was just blowing smoke out of its ass. |

I'm not actually sure that matters, and it may not be only a civil case, the authorities may choose to intervene in such a case
And as I say the fact this behaviour is 'institualtionlised' will most likely not be a defence as in the same way as college hazing is treated

A) Iceland is not a signatory of the European Union therefore European Union common law does not apply to Iceland.
B) The United States has no internet / bullying laws especially when the manbaby is a grown up, not a minor under the age of majority.
C) The Wis made this threat was back during Ice Interdiction. I myself am responsible for taking over 20 billion isk from miners who sought protection and yet were destroyed (Nofucks were given). Therefore I am responsible for at least 80 miners's potential suicide in the future that I may or may not have suggested them to do so. Nonetheless, if these people off themselves between the termination of Ice Interdiction and now, I still don't fucking care.

Also, there's this Internet thing which apparently has good information about subjects such as Op has written about.

What laws are you basing this on, Herr Professor. Feel free to quote from Wisconsin State Law or the United States Code or even Icelandic law. European Union laws does not apply here since Iceland is not a signatory of the EU. |
