Greetings all inhabitants of EVE.
Its a sad day for CFS and friends. We have come to the point when we have to act on the information given us.
It has come to CFS and friends knowledge that DSMA (small alliance / agency) has been planning for a hostile take over of CFS space.
Since CFS has a close cooperation with FA and BA as well as with others to keep the space open, CFS now demands that DSMA remove their forces from PB and CFS space.
DSMA is given 36 hours from 00.00 on sunday the 13th of june and until DT on monday the 14th to withdraw from CFS space into empire. At the same time, no DSMA pilots are allowed to travel out into CFS space. By doing so, DSMA will be considered doing a hostile act against CFS and friends and will result in destryoing any DSMA ship / pilot found in CFS, space from that incident and onwards.
This means any ship that belongs to DSMA travelling towards Period Basis and / or Delve and the stations in those regions will be considered hostile.
Also, this means no DSMA pilot are allowed to dock in any of the PB, Delve or Querious stations.
CFS do not wish to involve FA in this incident since it only involves DSMA.
CHANGES:
After discussions between all parties involved. CFS has agreed to let all present forces of DSMA to dock in PB to get their equipment before moving out.

This only helps CA and other common enemies. Hope you have a very good reason for this. And not just a "he said that they said"

This is, indeed, shocking news.
Shocking and sad. Sad, because DSMA has never planned a hostile takeover of Period Basis. DSMA is in no position financially or tactically to take over Period Basis and has never brewed plans to do so. If CFS spends a few days researching then they'll see there's no way DSMA can take over and keep a region of space.
This is a transparent way of saying "We don't want you in our space any more because we're afraid of what you might be plotting. Get out."
I find it very sad that people are prepared to believe these rumours and hope that CFS will continue looking into the matter and re-consider their somewhat hasty decisions.

Hmmm... can you fault them for wanting to protect what is theirs? I am sure it was more than a simple he said, she said scenario for them to make this decision.
As for the "none of us want war" portion of your post, all I have to say is this is not a mining simulation. You mine to be able to purchase and maintain offensive and defensive weapons.

I speak as the director of DSMA.
DSMA has not planned an invasion of CFS. We received information that CFS was planning on closing the Period Basis region. Talk about keeping the region open to the public and DSMA started. As CFS was a friend and ally, we took no action against them.
Carzaro Merious (CFS) came to us weeks later accusing us of planning an invasion. I have spoken with him, on the DSMA forum and in a conversation. I have explained that was just talk in our channels, we have not made any aggressive moves against CFS.
Conversation
If anything, CFS have made an aggressive move against us, destroying a DSMA hauler. We spoke to CFS and solved the issue. We did not want to blow small issues up for no reason.
DSMA and CFS have fought side by side... We have lived together in peace for how long?.. We have kept period basis safe and open.
My question is.. Why are CFS so bent of driving us out? When we have done nothing.

I just remembered something.
CFS, when you start blowing up people in A2 on tuesday, plz take note.
A very small alliance called *DSA* is formed by about three corps. They have no connection to DSMA and I just noticed their existance yesterday. Plz dont shoot them .

From the point of view of a neutral, this is a bad move for both parties especialy those dedicated to keeping this section of space open. I'm mining operations in Pure Blind were forced to be discontinued to to the fact most people up there tend to have too many accidents, and with all of the aliances atentions set on destroying eachother they do not help control the pirate population and piracy grows. A war in CFS will destroy the free section of space which small corps/independant players rely on to grow. It would be a shame to lose the last section of truly free space in EVE to another war.

Ok, CFS are nothing but a bunch of back-stabbing little backwater folk...
During my dealings with them when i was in rev0luti0n (yes they contacted me) they were ready to go to war with FA to take their Delve stations back... then when Rev0l was ready to go in guns 'a blazin CFS decided that they didnt want to fight FA for the stations after all...
Equally Carzaro Merious said that if Conrad didnt go through with it, he was rip the CFS apart and create a new alliance in that region... which im still waiting to be seen...
Carzaro Merious your allegiance with SA/XETIC has forced me to show my hand, and please dont try to deny what i say here for you know it to be true and the logs i have prove it... aswell as the fact that Tbone aswell as Cpt Pugwash and a number of my other friends were all in converstation with you.

First of all I've been waiting for this declaration to come, since I've been aware of what's been brewing underneath the surface.
Second of all, this isn't the first time in CFS history that they are making such a statement OR implying they are drafting such a statement.
Finally, there were much more than meets the eye in what occured when FA entered Delve. I shouldn't exaggerate my influence in CFS decision back then if I was Rev0lution.
Finally I'll give all participants in this conflict the heads up, let the clone wars begin!
