I have used the last few minutes yesterday to think about Sir Doom and have suddenly came to realise that the name is not unfamiliar to me.
I remember (back in 2005/2006) flying around the Mamouna constellation in lower Derelik and being a low sec pocket where he was residing in with his corp mates.
This character has to either been ebayed or sold on EVE-O, because I simply cannot understand how a player this old can act like such a "newb".

Ok the text in red is the problem.
And, the text in green is the solution.
Since you do not have a collateral, nay I suggest you use the "anything" remark, and go buy 5 Billion ISK worth of GTC and sell them to the people. Thus, you would have done a good thing for the player community and made ISK at the same time.
