You said in some Sticky thread that you were going to remove the -10% shield HP boost on cap releys nerf, but not going on chaos soon becouse of better testing,
Give us back the -25% shield recharge rate, and make recharge rate possible for combat..
I see many people throwing away their ravens becouse of the upcoming cap reley nerf.
Don't make the nerf hit TQ.

so you heard eh? or read. how come you didnt read the players threads about how powerful the raven is now on chaos?
did you hear shield booster cpu is halved? or that raven is one of two ships now that can viably use torpedos? and that those torpedoes can get upwards of 700 hp damage with skills and damage modules? or that raven has 875 cpu with electronics 5 instead of 750?
i think it is a good idea to make them -10% shield boosting anyways.
raven is getting beefed, you heard it here.

The raven is supose to be able to shield tank, but it can't beceouse of this nerf.

God save us. If the raven gets anymore beefs there wont be any point to flying a gun boat. Ravens ARE uber on chaos, that's a fact.

What kidna setups r u seeing? Im finding it difficult to get the rechargerate high enough to make it viable for any decent length of time. Ive tried mixes of powerdiags, caprelays, caprechargers,,, It seem the best I can do is powerdiag lowslots and go 1xXlsb, 1xamp, 2xhardeners, 2xcaprechargers for midslots.
I just hate sacrificing those 2 or 3 midslots for caprechargers and would love suggestions of alternate setups. Again, im not to concerned with my highslots, those r most flexible and Ill make it fit. I need staying power so im gonna concentrate on shield tanking. And no, i know armorotanking works great but its not for me so shield based setups are appreicated.

even without torps? I find alot of people saying this but they fail to mention its using torps which do insane damage now but arent much good for a large portion of players,,,,,namely those doing combat in empire
my experiences with anything but torps on chaos have been average at best, win some lose some, far from uber for me. But maybe im setting it up wrong, who knows. Everyone keeps posting such positive comments, id love for some loadouts along with their opinions.

Umm ravens can still be tanked out to hell.
1x XLSB, 1x Cap booster, 4 hardners
5x power diags
Anyone who says a raven has been nerfed is off by 100%

Why is it that every muppet thinks that cap relays are the be-all and end-all of cap recharge boosting?
POWER DIAGNOSTICS, BABY!
The fact they increase your cap max AND recharge means they effectively boost your recharge by 14% - AND make your cap larger AND boost your shields AND don't nerf your shield recharge AND boost your powergrid. They're uber. The only problem they have is the high CPU use, but that can be dealt with.
BTW, shield boosters haven't had their CPU requirements halved, that was a brief experiment by TomB, last time I looked on Chaos an XLarge was still 200tf.
There is no reason why the Raven should suddenly become crap because you can't put on relays. Use PDU's, you'll be surprised how good they are. And they give you a seriously uber shield strength.

If you're shield tanking, use Power Diags.
If you're armor tanking, use Cap Power Relays.
Simple enough?

I wish they'd make cap 2's 20% and leave cap relays alone... =[ Or up teh CPU usage.
