Sarah Tuttle Plato Academy	Posted - 2008.09.09 01:03:00 - [1] Due to personal reasons John and I have decided to dissolve Plato Industries. At present there are 14,000 shares outstanding with a value of 1,080,976 per share, and a net asset value of 15,133,668,445. We have paid two months of dividends and increased the share value by 8.1% so we feel like we have done well with the investor's isk. It will take a few days to sell all the assets; however, we will distribute 10,500,000,000 today. This will leave 4,633,668,445 in assets to sell and distribute in the near future. We will keep our stock holders updated in this thread during the next few days as we sell the remaining assets and make additional distributions. Sorry to see the business is dissolving, but it's been a good run and I'm very grateful. Hopefully everything is OK on the homefront.

When it is over everyone should have their initial investment plus 8%. Once all the assets have been sold then we will ask for the shares back. Yes, the dividends are essentially the buyback plus any profits from this month so far (which haven't been a lot since John has been sick). Sarah Tuttle My Eve Site
