The game had me spellbound for 20 minutes, I've seldom seen so much action going down, then somewhere after that I napped for a while and finally turned the game off after 89 minutes out of boredom...

Heskey is not a skilled ballsman, he can tackle and run. The few touches he did make were good.
what? he made a couple of very risky tackles ~~~~)\~~~~~\o/~~~~

/me declares open season on Gallente.
England did not deserve that, 1-1 maybe but that was overly harsh. Good to see Henry marked out of it by Campbell though.
Oh and Rooney flooring Thuram, also nice to see.
I can't believe Sven brought on the Wardrobe though, I knew it was going downhill as soon as he stepped on the field. He plays for Birmingham ffs, does that not hint to you that he's not that great.
Ah well, to the next match.

Highlights:
Excellent performances from Ledley King and Wayne Rooney. The ball smashing into Barthez's face.
Lowlights: Sven resorting to the tactics he learned in Italy and sitting on a 1-0 lead.

Some nice bloody saves from the English goalie earlier on, he shouldn't be slated for conceding the penalty. Overall a very exciting match! Don't take the flags off your cars people! ------------

I'm from Argentina and I watched the match in pub (Nottingham) with some Spanish guys and some French
The French guys managed to scape the pub alive (one got hit on the face though) we (the spanish and me) didn't had much trouble as we were standing silently in a corner.

Hmm. I bet you wish David James had saved either Z.Z's free kick or penalty kick with his face though, do you not?

We threw it away.
Gutted, yes. But the last 10 minutes, if not slightly longer we sat back and let France take control. They had so many chances it was untrue. And the only reason they missed was not due to good defending on our part, but the fact the French were screwing up their chances. French goals were inevitable. We did the typical British thing and tried to turn of the last few minutes, and we payed for it. If you keep giving them chances there'll score one (or two) eventually.
James should have been sent off. A stupid, rash challenge.
First half I was pretty impressed with how we played, but if we show the same performance in the last 10 or 20 minutes of every match we don't deserve to get past groups.

The French only had 2 clear cut chances, the free kick and the pen. We let them come onto us a bit too much in the latter stages but if Beckham had scored our pen then this would be a different thread.
C'est La Vie as the French say.
We still should go through from what I saw of Croatia v Switzerland, they look very average.
As for the trouble here, well what do you expect from filthy chavsters, at least they are here and not there.

Shut up before I wire your eyeballs to a defibrillator; set the voltage to Kill, and smile as you go flying around the flashing coop like a beheaded multicolored, fire-farting chicken before collapsing conveniently at my feet so I can p*ss-out the flames and feed the remains of your fried gimp carcass to the pigs.
Your corp's strength certainly does not lie in politeness or diplomacy ... anyway, to answer both of you:
Stillborn: obviously, you do .. only on the 10-strong side, however. Next time we meet in Seyllin, ask for combat-fitted ships, not mining ones ;)
Doonwong: (cool it) :)
Cheers
